The Pennsylvania quartet—Virginia Franks [bass, vocals], Ethan Cutillo [keys, vocals], Luke Vanchure [guitar], and Carter Dennis [drums]—craft infectious, yet intricate anthems anchored by deft musicality and massive melodies.
